Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team with your order details.

Return & Refund Process

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, a refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method or credited to your account.

Exceptions

  • Customized or special-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
